Does Rakoh resole shoes?

No, Rakoh does not resole or refurbish shoes. All our shoes and boots are handcrafted in Italy to the highest standards using the finest quality materials, ensuring they provide exceptional comfort and durability for years to come. While Rakoh shoes are not designed to be resoled, they can be refurbished or repaired by any reputable shoe repair service.

Why are Rakoh shoes not resolable?

Rakoh shoes are designed to optimize comfort. One of our pillars of comfort is flexibility. Constructing a shoe to be resolable usually results in a very stiff shoe, which compromises comfort. Finding a way to make an exceptionally comfortable shoe that is resolable is something we are working on. In the meantime, we use very durable soles that are built to last. At the end of your Rakoh shoe’s lifecycle, email us at hello@rakoh.com for a free return label so that we can properly recycle it. Our shoes are an investment in comfort and quality—built to last and provide a luxurious walking experience.

Does Rakoh make custom lasts?

Can you recommend a matching color polish or cream for my shoes?

Yes, we recommend the regular use of a neutral cream cleaner to polish and condition your leather shoes. Every so often, or to cover a scuff, you should use a cream polish to match the color of your shoe as closely as possible. Note that you can "customize" the appearance of your shoes by using lighter or darker shades within the same color family, if you so choose.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

For domestic orders:  

 You have 45 days for returns or exchanges.

 Return shipping cost is free. Enjoy peace of mind with our easy, hassle-free returns.

For international orders:  

 You have 45 days for returns or exchanges.

 Return shipping cost, duties, and fees will not be reimbursed.

 For exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping, duties, and taxes as well.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment for full-price purchases if an item is marked down within 14 days of purchase. To obtain a price adjustment, please contact us at hello@rakoh.com. Adjustments will not be given on sale merchandise or promotional purchases. Price adjustments will be issued in the original form of payment.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@rakoh.com. While we process orders quickly, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been shipped, you can still return it once it arrives by following our easy return process.
