Rakoh shoes are designed with flexibility and comfort in mind and are not built for traditional resoling. Most pairs can be repaired or refurbished by a reputable shoe repair specialist if needed.
Rakoh shoes are designed to be comfortable from the first wear. The materials will naturally soften and adapt to the foot over time.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (Monday through Friday). Delivery times vary depending on destination.

Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bags.
